Whats A Good Diet To Get On?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I love sugar and i crave it. And i dont know how to cut most of it out. I am trying to lose 10 pounds or even get rid of the baby fat. Its been so long since losing my baby and being diagnosed with pcos. Its been a struggle.

Today, do not take any candy
If you feel a bug urge to take candy then tKe the candy to anyone living with you and tell them to hide it and not give you any
And then you just take ONE only
Procrastinat, take it as late as possible
I know that when we eat any thing with added sugar there is one ugly taste that remains afterwards
Dizziness, inability to focus, anger, and really bad feelings inside, and probably difestion problems too this all happens to me when I eat excess amounts of sugar or things with added sugar
Now I do not have that HUGE cravings I USED TO HAVE, the ones that would flip my mood and make me uncomfortable afterwards
So it just taking one step at a time
If you can cut one thing for a month it is great, but if you are just unable to do that then cut one thing for a day
Then for a second day if you want to
You probably will feel better and won’t want to take it the next day, even if you did take it! The understanding that you would gain by experiencing the tiny limiting of sugar would help you as a beginning
Cutting or limiting sugar, this is a critical thing for everyone
I just ate some rockyroad, it was delicious
I just told my dad that for the first time, I do not feel like eating half of the plate by myself, even if I did take more pieces it felt easier to let go if anyone just took it away, I won’t go after the plate just to eat more

Try taking one thing out at a time. When i was cutting carbs I stopped having rice first, then pasta, then bread eventually I didn't want it. I love cookies and cake but start small. If you like lots of different types maybe cut one type at a time. like no chocolate chip cookies for a month. Then no white chocolate and so on

What are the sugary things you eat? How often do you eat them?
