I think my biggest problem is the high testosterone levels. Its like double the normal. Has anyone been able to decrease it whether naturally or with medications? Really want to start getting a hold of this pcos & symptoms & hopefully be able to get pregnant soon. I tried birth control, it helped a little. But i stopped and want to try a different way that could help my fertility

You could try taking Myo and D-Chiro Inositol. It has really great benefits for fertility and lowering testosterone.

Spironolactone was effective in lowering my total testosterone. But its a no pregnancy drug. It took about 6 months to be lower my numbers by half.
