Resources For Foods And Diets
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question šŸ’

A few questions from me around food.

1. What kind of diet/lifestyle do you follow?
2. Where do you find PCOS friendly receipes?
3. Do you have a favorite blog or book as a resource or guide for how you should be eating?

I feel overwhelmed still, after a year since diagnosis, on the amount of information out there on the surface level but Iā€™m having trouble finding much depth or consistency. Iā€™m also have trouble finding good recipes to incorporate into my meal plans.

Cutting out refined sugar is important. I've also seen pcos friendly diets say you should have more lower sugar fruits like raspberries, blueberries, cranberries and blackberries

I try to limit carbs and white bread and i like to try to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. It helps with the inflammation with causes imbalanced hormones.
