So i was spotting for a month straight. I am now on my period, which is heavy now for 10 days. Is there anything that helps you with water retention, and generally feeling gross? Thank you.
Fasting! There's all kinds of ways you can do it responsibly, but I personally will go until dinnertime without food, only drinking water and either milk or 100% juice because I can't let my blood sugar totally crash.
Thank you, Imtgal. Will try the tea as i do have some in the cupboard somewhere. Canβt go for acupuncture at the moment due to lockdown π. Roll on everything being somewhat normal again so we can get on with life!
