That's a great start! Then you must ask yourself what may be missing as part of that healthy lifestyle. Maybe, despite all your physical activity, you don't do enough to de-stress or get enough sleep during the workweek. Stress or poor sleep, esp. compounded over time, will wreak havoc on our hormones & overall health! Maybe there are other foods, herbs, and teas you could add to your diet to make it even more nutritious & toxin-fighting. Our bodies are constantly fighting off environmental toxins & even toxins that we consume and put on our skin/hair, so we have to help the body by consuming specifically detoxifying things.

But there are many natural treatment methods, even if you don't have "typical" PCOS. What is your diet and level of physical activity?
