Stupid Question

Is this bad for us? Pieces of baguette, on both sides a bit of sunflower or olive oil, baled in the oven till crispy, a bit of garlic rubbed at the top side, topped with pieces of tomato with olive oil, salt and pepper? It is delicious, but i wonder if its okay for us

I was wondering with the oils, ive always heard anything with oil is bad for you, but latley ive been hearing otherwise
