I have been battling PCOS for a while now and was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I am looking for someone going through the same thing since this is so new to me. Thanks!
I'm dealing with inflammation in my hands and one of my knees. Any suggestions on how to deal with the pain? Almost feels like arthritis but I'm only 24.
But if you crave take one bite and put it away for the next craving also eat either more protein or more carbs one or the other to sustain the fullness and drink a bottle of water before each meal!!!
How did you guys find out what type of PCOS you had? I NEVER knew there were types. I know it affects everyone differently just didn't know there were specific PCOS. I was diagnosed in 2014 after changing doctors for the 3rd time. She actually took the time to listen to me when I informed her of all of what I have been experienced but she left before we could get a hold on my PCOS. In my right side (which is my strongest side), I have a lumbar/SI joint injury where sciatica and arthritis has set in, tendinitis in one bicep and bursitis in that shoulder, as well as plantar fasciitis. Any recommendations for modifications?
Would Yoga work as a way to start getting more exercise? I have a shoulder injury and I go to classes and the instructor helps me modify so I keep my shoulder pain free.
Does anyone else get pain in hands/feet/wrists/hips, basically everywhere most days? Is that apart of pcos or maybe it's something else?
yep....arms and legs always ache, get hormone linked headaches and lower back pain for PMS but generally I achy!
Hi all
This is my first time to post here.

I was told was insulin resistant back then..anyways reason I'm here, I've just moved back to the UK and wanted to look into pcos more.
For many years I've been suffering with different kinds of joints and body pain, from most major joints in my body. I get told… read more
