I sometimes feel nauseous and get really hot and then it goes away.
I do too, but I don't know if it's related to my PCOS, which I doubt or if it's because of either my type 2 diabetes or something else.
So far my tests don’t show insulin resistance that I know of but the doctor was talking about putting me on metformin anyways. Anybody else benefitted from that? Did metformin regulate your cycle even if you didn’t have insulin problems?

I am going to take progesterone pills for 10 days to see if my cycle can regulate. I’m on the lowest dose.
And intermittently throughout the month…I guess they’re like hot flashes? Idk?
