If you have PCOS, managing your weight is frustrating. For many women with PCOS, weight gain is related more to hormone levels than diet. In fact, many women with PCOS struggle to maintain their current weight even with diet changes and exercise. Losing the extra weight is also challenging because of body changes, fatigue, and medication side effects.
