I took a product from a company called It Works called Hair Skin and Nails. It works noticeably. My hair was thinning a lot before. After a month of taking it I felt more confident and I noticed hair growth, plus my nails got a lot better. If u want to try it out I can get u the info of the girl that sells it.

Yes it’s expensive ! But I will pay anything to not be self conscious of how I look and feel ! It definitely worked too. My hair grew a lot. I stopped taking it after about 3 months and feel a lot better.
