Aho okay cool, thanks for that I have never heard about soy.. I don't mind almond milk so don't know why I didn't think of that hahaha
Haven't even started metformin yet and the last few days my stomach has been giving me hell anyway haha must know what is coming up!! I was thinking maybe just starting ovasitol but then if I do fall pregnant I think most doctors put you on metformin anyway so maybe I would just be better off starting it anyways.
I wonder how they go with shake diets? Like if I am having one of those for breakfast not as a full time thing as I struggle to eat most times in the morning.
Salad (No cheese) with sunflower seeds mmm no one better tell me i can't have sunflower seeds i love them lol
Thanks for tour advice lots of people have said cutting carbs and eating better has definitely helped them with their side effects.
Time to get real and be strict if i want a baby.
Ah okay cool, I
Soy isn't always the best for PCOS I have heard. I am going to try almond milk. I started Metformin 1 time a day for the first week, 2 times a day for the second, and 3 times a day for the third and have continued since then. I had really bad side effects moving to 3 times a day (1500 total). I did find that if you follow the diet, avoid cards and sugars it helps A LOT! Also, be sure to drink a lot of water and eat something healthy every 2-3 hours. Eat apples with peanut butter, almonds (other nuts), fruit, vegetables, and avoid carbs I felt TONS better. IT does get better if you give it time. I hated when people told me that, but it actually does. :)
the hardest thing for me will be milk in coffee i love my coffee :( every morning without a doubt i have coffee I usually have 2 sometimes 3 a day :(
And i love cheese but think i could survive without that.. Looks like i'm going to have to start drinking soy milk.. :(
I have been told that if you have pcos that we should cut dairy out of our diet as it doesn't agree with us
