I hate the side effects of the birth control pills especially now that it's warming up, my veins swell horribly! I would really appreciate the advice

My doctor had me try all sorts of birth control pills and all of the generic hormones it contained was too heavy on my body and made me feel much worse. So I spoke to my doctor and rather tried some natural ways to counter the over production of hormones and it works much better. So maybe speak to your doctor and see if he can recommend a good eating plan with the right foods to help you. If your cycle is irregular I wouldn't recommend using the injection as it's stronger than oral contraception as well. A way to get off the pill you could either start taking half a pill a day or consult a doctor about going off it at once depends on how your body reacts to it.

At my next doctors appointment I'm definitely going to talk to her about going natural

I was on Yaz too it made me feel terrible and gave me constant cramps, headaches and my body hurt all the time. Even though they try and treat PCOS with birth control not every females body is made to handle the generic hormones that the birth control contains. Yaz is supposed to be one of the lightest pills but still has the worst effects. Best thing is to go all natural.

I was also on yaz, but then I started getting terrible headaches and my veins would swell so my doctor suggested zoely which ultimately has the same symptoms as the yaz!
So clearly birth control pills are my for meπŸ™ˆ
