Sleep is key...I found that Sertraline also known as Zoloft does make you gain some weight but if you go to bed early and rise early it comes off easy.when your sleep pattern is all messed up it makes it worse...I think it's just that if you are well rested we make better choices

Adipex water and crunches!!! No sugar if u have a craving however take one bite and put away for next craving

Unfortunately, yes I have been on this for the past 2 years. Many other anti-depressants before this one. I have tried them all in hopes of finding one that does not make me gain weight and make weight loss impossible and have found that that does not exist. I have tried many times to get off medication but my panic attacks and PTSD come back full-force and make daily routines impossible. All I can say is do your best to eat healthy and exercise and never give up the hope that one day you can live without the medication.
