Did you get your ovaries tested and told them about all your symptoms? I already knew I had the condition before I was diagnosed because of the missed cycles. I've gotten my blood, ovaries, stomach, fertility, etc. all tested. I know sometimes though that the tests don't explain everything and there has been times that I find that my issues are caused by multiple conditions instead of just one though. Like I used to have really really bad acid reflux, then I began diet changes and treatment for it and it reduced some but was still bad, then I got PCOS treatments started and that made a huge difference for me. It's hard and sometimes really upsetting having too many issues at once and not always knowing what is causing what problem, so the best thing I find to do is just try your best to find out about yourself as much as possible and then try starting some treatments on all issues you find. Our bodies are not so simple to be explained by one condition a lot of the times.

Have you been to an endocrinologist? They specialize in hormonal issues and can probably help a lot more than the primary doctor and gynecologist. They could probably find out more for sure what is going on and help you with the right treatments.

PCOS can have so many crazy effects on our bodies physically. I've definitely experienced a lot of dizziness, extreme exhaustion, constant pains around the abdomen, heavy/missed/irregular cycles, depression, acid reflux, etc. that was due to the PCOS and could tell for sure as many of them have calmed down since I've been diagnosed and started treatments. If you haven't already, getting started on treatments should help, along with any proper diet changes and exercise to improve your PCOS.
