Can Anyone Help Me Figure Out What Time Of Day I Should Use My Ovulation Kit?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I recently decided to take the plunge and get an ovulation kit since my periods are finally getting regular. I got the easy @ home kit. I get how to use it, but I know that I've heard some people say there are good times for testing... Help? Thanks!

What time of day to take ovulation test?
Anytime between noon and 8 p.m. is fine, first morning urine is not recommended. The reason for this is that most women experience a surge in the morning, but it can take 4 hours for it to show up in your urine. Make sure to test at about the same time every day.

I was put on Metformin this April. Since then my cycle regulated. My doc just upped the dose because she thinks I've gone from insulin intolerant to diabetic. I'm also on victoza 1.8 once per day. I went off birth control last April because I wanted to conceive and I hated the pill's effects on my body.
