Clomid + OT Issue- This (3rd) Cycle Keeps Saying "High"?

I'm on third round of clomid with ovulation testing. The first month it took three days of "Low" then I got "Peak" without ever having "High". Second round I got one "High" before "Peak"
This cycle is a bit different since I got my period without any Provera or Megace (usually necessary), and doubled Clomid dose. I had pretty substantial cramping & discomfort in ovaries while taking the Clomid, so felt like it was definitely working or doing something

I have used a digital OPK like that one before. I found out on their website that once you get the "high" reading, it will continue to display "high" with each subsequent test until the "peak" is reached even if your estrogen levels have dropped back down to normal. It recommended stopping testing and trying again next cycle if you have the "high" reading for 9 days. They say that either your LH wasn't high enough to register or it didn't happen.
