Does Anyone Drink Apple Cider Vinegar To Help With The Effects Of Insulin Resistance?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

There seems to be some preliminary research as well as anecdotal information that suggests that drinking a diluted mix of apple cider vinegar before each meal (particularly if it's a carb-heavy meal) can reduce the amount of sugar going into your blood, reduce cravings, etc. It also seems to have helped some folks with regulating their ovulation. I was wondering if any of you ladies have tried it out and if you saw any improvements as it relates to your PCOS?

I have actually just started doing it, I also add a good squeeze of lemon and half a tsp of cinnamon which are also really beneficial for insulin resistence and makes it taste really nice

I don't blame you there. I finally get to see an endocrinologist next month. They put me on only what I need.

My acupuncturist recommends this but i haven't tried it...honestly because I feel like I take a mittful of supplements and its hard to keep track of what I am taking right now haha...that I just didn't want to add another one to the list.
