Hi ladies,
I have searched but can not find an answer! I don't know if this is a symptom or just me getting older. Your advice and opinions would be gratefully received....
I've always had times when brain fog descends however in the last twelve months I have become so forgetful. I can remember what I ate on holiday 10 years ago but forget I've put an egg on to boil until it explodes 30 minutes later. I always say my brain went on vacation without me, and ask people to search for it because it doesn't have GPS to find its way home.
I am 32 and have been having brain fog as well. I heard it's a symptom of PCOS.
Totally have this problem but I think it has to do with anxiety and difficulty attending.
It must be a symptom of PCOS because I have this too and I've always been able to remember things.
I also don't have an answer, but I have been feeling the same way. I'm 25. The worst was I forgot that I had taken my dose of metformin and i double dosed. It didn't hurt me, but I didn't realize I had done it until I felt extremely nauseous the next day and was talking to my husband about it... It's definitely hard for me to focus too, which is not helpful with work at all.
