Hi fellow Cysters. I was wondering if any of you have had the classic missed period with pregnancy signs? I am on day 36 now. Did a hpt with a bfn today but I still feel different. Ranging from sudden fatigue, nausea, tight belly with bloating then obviously missed period. I was diagnosed in 2010 with insulin resistance pcos but have never felt the symptoms as prominent as now especially the fatigue. Any advise?

I had that a lot. If you think you may be pregnant your obgyn should offer free testing or you can ask for blood work. I felt I could have been pregnante when I wasn't, with the symptoms. I had that going on and off for a few years.

I can't say either. I had my last period in September. I know that I should be getting my period any time soon because I am not sexually active. With pcos, I am known to skip a few months and then when I do get my period, I get it very heavy and it lasts for a month or so.

I can't say for sure. These are the same signs that ended in me getting diagnosed with PCOS (I missed 2 periods and went in for blood work), but I have a friend who also has PCOS and didn't know she was pregnant because she just assumed they were additional signs of PCOS. Either way, Baby Dust to you!
