I can't say either. I had my last period in September. I know that I should be getting my period any time soon because I am not sexually active. With pcos, I am known to skip a few months and then when I do get my period, I get it very heavy and it lasts for a month or so.

I can't say for sure. These are the same signs that ended in me getting diagnosed with PCOS (I missed 2 periods and went in for blood work), but I have a friend who also has PCOS and didn't know she was pregnant because she just assumed they were additional signs of PCOS.
