I seem to bloat up after eating. It doesn't always happends, but it seems to appear when I'm more stressed out. It can get quite intense... I can lose up to one pant size in 24h and then gain it back in a couple days time. I tried keeping a food vs bloating journal, but it just happens whenever. I even started recording the days event to try figure what was going on, bUT still no clue... Yes…this is what I’ve been struggling with most of all for the past 6 months…I can’t seem to escape the bloating. The diet I follow HELPS but does not totally fix it. Sometimes it just hits me out of nowhere regardless of the time of day or whether I even have any food in me or not. I recommend cutting out food allergens (if you don’t already do) and drinking water. Anyways, I hope you feel better. I was getting dressed for my sisters wedding in September and I was so bloated it drove me crazy :( going on a modest dose of Prozac actually helped me a small amount as well since 80-90% of the serotonin receptors are in the GI tract (but I know SSRI’s aren’t for everyone).
