What Was Your Experience Coming Off The Pill?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have just stopped the contraceptive pill and I'm supposed to have my period now. I have cramps, sore breasts and plenty of pimples but no bleeding. People say "it will take your body 6 months to sort itself out" and others say "you're most fertile when you first come off the pill". Which is it? What was your experience coming off the pill?

My friend gave me a maybe baby to try to see when I am ovulating. The only thing is I don't want to obsess over it and it's something you do each day! I don't know wether I should leave it or do it! @A myPCOSteam Member

I stopped the pill once and my first period came the next month but then I was 5 months waiting for the next period to come. Then I went back to the pill for a while but when I stopped it again my period came one month and then nothing for two or three months and so on. If you have trouble ovulating like I am, you will need time to adjust.
