Does anyone else get nervous about cancer? As a pcos sufferer all the symptoms of it happen all the time, the bloating, abnormal bleeding, abdominal pain and fullness, nausea, etc. How would I ever know the difference if it eventually turns into something like that?

I worry too. I do have peace of mind knowing that my periods are regulated through the pill. The uterine lining can't become thick to cause abnormalities. I'm not 100 percent sure cancer won't happen. It's best to have regular doctor visits to insure that it doesn't happen. At least that's my plan of action.

Yeah that's the plan for me too I guess. I cannot take birth control due to a migraines with auras with birth control, so my periods when I get them are wacky.
