Has anyone had gastric bypass surgery and get pregnant with twins? My obgyn told me after I loss a lot of weight after my weight loss surgery that I have a higher chance of having twins due to my pcos, it runs on my mothers side of the family... my mom was a twin and my mom had twin boys but they died, my aunt on my moms side had 3 sets of twins, and she said I have a lot of eggs so when I ovulate I might end up releasing more then one egg.
