I had gastric bypass back in 2007, lost 180 pounds. With the exception of gaining and losing 15-20 pounds here and there, I have kept it off for 10 years.

My cousin had it done and she has PCOS. She's doing really well, only had it couple months ago. Not sure how much she's lost but she seems to be doing ok. My Aunt had it done and lost heaps but has put most of it back on. I guess it depends on your will power to keep up the healthy changes.
