I've tried pharmaceuticals but I'd rather go a more wholistic approach (I guess you could say). I'm just tired of the side effects and nothing really changing. I was just curious if anyone had tried this and what they thought of it.

I'm at a loss and am desperate. PCOS has been running and ruining my life.

I am also interested to know about this. While my medications are helping, having looked into the Insulite Health website, I think it might help me stay on track. But it is a lot to spend. =/
