Lying in bed trying to sleep
When the RLS comes over me... It's so frustrating I could cry, any help for this would be much appreciated!

Yes I have RLS an I take 3mg of requip seems to help .....does PCOS effect RLS jw ?

a friend had RLS and they used antacids, specifically tums to help it. Weird, but it worked

Cool your legs down (bath, ice pack, fan, etc.)
