This is based on my physical exam and lab results- no ultrasound but it seems pretty obvious now that I have been looking it up (It explains so much!) My doc is just a GP and I want to make sure I come prepared with questions assuming she won't give me full info without prodding.
I have found that GP knows a bit but a OB or RE would be your best bet for answers. So my suggestion is find a good OB and continue to work with that provider :)
TTC means trying to conceive :)
Ok I'm new to some of these labels here what is TTC
I would ask for a referral to an endocrinologist. They may run some other labs that your GP hasn't done. Also if you are ttc a Reproductive Endocrinologist is an option. Ask about diet and how to control some of your symptoms.
Ask about insulin resistance and spironolactone if you have excess hair, acne etc. Ask about suggested diet and if your weight is managed, ask about ovulation (if you are ttc). Maybe some resources they may have where you can do your own research as well. without knowing your exact symptoms, that’s the best i can offer. Hugs!
