I have struggled with weight gain for a few years. I was just diagnosed this past month with PCOS after a transvaginal ultrasound. I have done programs such as Modere 's M3. I did lose weight but can not afford to keep on that program. Any suggestions?? I am starting back to Tae Kwon Do.

I watch my carb intake, I do a lot of veggies, meats, cheeses and also when I have chocolate cravings I grab an atkins bar or shake! Congrats on the weight you have loss!

I've found counting calories and watching my carb intake has been the best weight loss plan for me. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2009 and honestly keeping my carbohydrates in check has given me the best results. I've lost 140 lbs over 3-4 years doing it that way. I know it's cliche, but you really do have to make it a lifestyle as opposed to just another "type of diet." I hope this helps!
