So with both my kids it took me about a year to conceive but the only thing I did was be really strict with my diet and track my ovulation. Well we have been trying for our last baby for 18 months and I've been doing the same thing but I have not concieved and I've been getting a lot of utis (even though I'm being very careful and taking urinary tract health supplements every day). I haven't lost all of my pregnancy weight but I am in the (top of the) healthy weight range for my height.. could it still be a factor even if I'm technically in a healthy weight range?
