Anyone Else Always Have Regular Periods?

Part of the reason I denied having PCOS for so long was the fact that I still had normal, 28 day cycles. Many of the other symptoms are still there though, like insulin resistance and high testosterone. Would this be considered non traditional 2 PCOS?

I had irregular periods til i was in my 20s. Then my periods became normal. But i have spotting in between periods, high testosterone, obesity

Me too, I had some cycles of 35-40 days, but most are around 28-31. Testosterone is normal, but I have insulin resistance...
