I have normal periods without the pill, but without it I gained weight and my acne came back. My testosterone levels were ridiculously high though my blood sugar level was ok! Anyone knows any help or tip that does NOT include low carb diet, keto whatever (trust me tried them, been there done that!).

Honestly, you look so great in your photo! Your chin and waste look almost too thin, but it might be the camera angle? How much weight are you gaining when you're off the pill?
