A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Recently Diagnosed
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Hi Ladies. So I got diagnosed today. My doctor wasn't very helpful. I don't know what type of PCOS I have and wasn't aware that there were other types of PCOS. I do a lot of research into things and had questions to ask. But when I got in there today and he told me the news I froze. I still don't really understand this Insulin thing. I have excessive hair growth on my face. Does anyone have any tips for that? That is my main concern at the moment.

I don’t feel like my testoerone levels are under control because my acne, body odor, and weight are out of control. I feel sick when I take the metformin & sick when I dont. Over all, I feel like this plan isnt working. What are some other treatment… read more
