It seems like I can’t handle anything.
Hi @A myPCOSteam Member. I do all that off and on. It helps a bit.
Has anyone ever experienced overwhelming anxiety and depression with PCOS? For the last couple months my ability to handle stress and anxiety is nada...I just feel overwhelmed with everything. I've also noticed in the past couple weeks I have uncontrollable crying episodes.
yes, I do have some crying episodes & most of the time reasons are so minor.
Was diagnosed with hypothyroid and PCOS. Periods are not heavy but have lasted for 2 months at a time for the last 3 times. Ultrasound didn't find anything, and Doctor's say my levels are "normal" now after being on thyroid medicine and metformin for 6 months but my period won't regulate. Anyone else have something similar?
Thank you so much! It helps to hear other people have experienced it too!
Just figured out my progesterone is almost non-existent/very low and curious whether anyone has any suggestions for this? Or anything recommended that has helped them with this issue? Any info is helpful thank you!

Started periods at age 17, went on the pill at 18 so no real way of monitoring regularity of cycles. Tried to conceive from 2016-2021 but made the decision to stop fertility treatment. Have a very healthy and active lifestyle, healthy weight but would gain weight easily if I was not careful. No period at all now for 2 years. Not sure if this is a cause for concern and whether I should contact my GP.
Hmm so I didn’t know until my most recent Pap smear that for women like us it’s helpful to get a period at least every 90 days (to help prevent uterine cancer). You may wanna ask your GP or gyno if… read more
