So I was diagnosed with PCOS last year. The first 3-5 months on birth control helped a lot with my cycle and my symptoms. I started a diabetic diet even though I'm not diabetic. Just following my Drs recommendation. Later I started to experience pain when about to start my period. I've had bouts of extreme fatigue. I mean I could sleep all day.
