Hey ladies, I was recently told that I have PCOS and I haven't seen my doctor just yet for a follow up, so i figured I'd try to get a few answers here. The reason I went into the docs office in the first place was because of very severe pelvic pain. Ive been on birth control for a full month now and the pain has reduced, but is still there. I’d recommend a dietican that specializes in PCOS. Not all diets work the same for everyone.
Sometimes I feel pain when I ovulate, sometimes not. From what my doctor told me some women can actually feel the egg release. You may be able to also feel it with uour fingers by pressing on your tummy.
