Fatigue
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Do any of you ladies struggle with fatigue? I have it so bad! Im ALWAYS tired like if I ran a 7k and sleepy. Is there anything i could take to help?

Yes to all of the above. Had thyroid tested, had anemia, chronic fatigue, b12 shots and sublingual, take vitamins, cut simple carbs...nothing helps. Doctors are clueless about PCOS and want to write fatigue off as middle age and work now. 20 years ago it was written off as school stress. When will we get some doctors that actually care about the woman with the symptoms instead of just pushing IVF and pregnancy as the cure?

Wow, I’m so glad I’m not alone here. I’ve had the blood work, only thing that came up was low vitamin D. So I’ve been taking vitamins, exercise, could eat better. But I’m always dragging, so tired I just want to lay down.

Girl, I’m tired all the time. I can sleep for 8hrs or more and still feel exhausted. I’ve been told to try vitamins. I take a prenatal, but I suffer from chronic fatigue and the vitamin only helps me so much.

I just started taking b12 dissolvable tabs. Bc I too am tired more than not. I also started apple cider vinegar capsules to see what they do.

Wow! I am so glad to see I am not losing my mind concerning the fatigue. I have paid much to find out why I'm so fatigued. Sleep is the best medicine so far. From what I'm reading, maybe we need a significantly higher supplement of vitamin D or ---more time in the sun!! I work indoors a lot of hours. This thread is giving me some ideas of what naturally to try next. I am thinking I need more contact with nature. I believe there is a natural balance of things and I am very much out of touch. This would also naturally increase mobility - exercise. Thank you for sharing ladies!
