Members shared their favorite period tracking apps for conception, with Glow emerging as a popular choice for its companion pregnancy and baby apps, alongside strong recommendations for Flo, Ovia, and Spot On from Planned Parenthood. Several members emphasized that these apps become more accurate over time as they learn individual cycles and can predict fertile windows, with some mentioning the ability to share reports directly with doctors. A recurring theme was using multiple apps simultaneously to cross-reference predictions and find the most reliable fit for each person's unique body.

I like Flo the best. You can switch to their pregnancy app and send a detailed report of your information to your doctor.

I love the Glow app. If you get pregnant, it has one to track that also, called Nurture. Then it has one called Baby Glow to track your babys growth.
