Testing Blood Sugar Daily?

Iā€™m curious if anyone tests their blood sugar twice a day like diabetics. Have you found it helpful? Do you always test or do you only test when you feel bad? Any tips for doing so?

I test mine daily and it has always been within the normal range. Im kindof a hypochondriac šŸ˜¬ im just terrified of becoming diabetic
