I'm not on any medication for pcos we have decided to try and convieve is there any vitamins I need to take or anything I can do to try and get pregnant any help would be great thank you xxxx

I took pregnacare vitamins for three months before I tried to get pregnant. During this time I also used the app Natural Cycles which can help prevent pregnancy or conceive. It asks you to. measure your basal temperature and tracks when you are ovulating. When we decided to get pregnant we conceived the first month, much to the surprise of my doctors and me. Good luck!
