I'm on BC for a couple more months to try to regulate my cycles as well. After that we're going to try clomid/iui cycles. I have regular cycles as long as I'm on the pill, so we'll see afterwards. Hopefully I won't have one, but it'll be due to a positive pregnancy test. Good luck!

Metformin didnt work for me. Im in same place too. Im trying to get pregnant but i dont know what else i could do. I hate birth control too.

What is myo inisitol? If the metformin isnt working talk to your gyno about dosage. I started at 500mg once a day and it did nothing. Talked to my gyno and ahe increased to 500mg Twice a day and it started to regulate my periods. Now of you do increase it be cautious because at first you will spend quit a few in the bathroom. But im looking for different alternatives. I am trying to conceive as well and idk what to do . I am also in the process of trying to lose weight to control this PCOS.. thank you !!
