Where's Your Pain?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else get pain in hands/feet/wrists/hips, basically everywhere most days? Is that apart of pcos or maybe it's something else?

Yes! I get very achy all the time. Especially from overuse. My hands bother me a lot. Headaches are very common too. Sometimes I have a constant one for a week and then it goes away.
It’s the hormone imbalance and PCOS can cause Depression and that can cause aches and pains too.

I do at least in place or another, I think it's in part hormone imbalance and excess weight.
