Past couple days i have been trying SO hard to not eat as much as i usually do. I know i sound like a fatty.💁
Anyways, anyone have some things they do to keep there mind off food lol like what helps you? Chewing gum? Seeds?

I agree with Charlotte...chromium and magnesium both help so much! The supplements I use have both!!

I use supplements that naturally address blood sugar and cravings! Sugar free drink have nasty chemicals in them, causing more inflammation in our bodies!!!
