In May 2016 the doctors told me I had PCOS my testosterone levels was extremely high like 148 he put me on medicine and it worked great the first year my hair growth slowed down I was losing weight but never had a period lost over 60 pounds now I’m struggling to lose weight hair growth is back like it was still don’t have a period what other medications are out there that actually works

I’ve been put on Orlistat currently to help with weight loss. Doesn’t help with periods but for weight loss it’s great- if you follow it properly. Doctors awaiting my blood results before deciding if I should be put onto Metformin- but looks likely I’ll be on that.

Not sure if you've tried it but I'm only taking metformin right now and it's helping me with weight loss and regulating my period
