Hi all.
I have been doing a bit of reading into C8 MCT oils. I'm curious as to if anyone here may have tried them or currently uses them, and how effective they were? I will be using them alongside a low carb diet (similar to keto).
Or, any other oils/supplements that you have used and can recommend? Determined to shift this weight and to be able to try for a family soon!

I use it with my protein shakes in the morning, I'd say it helps keep me stay full longer.
I can't speak to the effectiveness of MCT oils, or that brand specifically. However, omega-3 fats show more evidence-based effectiveness for improving insulin sensitivity and hormonal balance. Let us know if you try them!
