It may be different for others, ask your dr. Mine said just take prenatals.

Thank you all for the feedback.. I thought about taking prenatals alongside it. I’m planning on buying some this weekend. I haven’t had my period in almost 3 months since I’ve came off birth control but was wanting to try an alternative since birth control obviously makes it to where you can’t get pregnant, which is something I would love lol so i will let you all know what I find

Hum. Yeah not so good too push the cycle further apart. Dr offered me the pill once to make me regular. However defeted the object of falling pregnant. Plus im one moody cow on anything full of hormone xx

I tried it once before I knew I had pcos. It seemed to only push my cycle out more. Of course that was just one month of it. I didnt continue it.
