A myPCOSteam Member asked a question πŸ’

I was told was insulin resistant back then..anyways reason I'm here, I've just moved back to the UK and wanted to look into pcos more.

For many years I've been suffering with different kinds of joints and body pain, from most major joints in my body. I get told… read more

@A myPCOSteam Member... you may have sever or moderate inflammation which is a part of PCOS. You may want to look into diets to reduce inflammation. If you are into CBD oil... that can reduce inflammation as well. Also as previously mentioned Magnesium! Many people are deficient and dont know! Make sure you get the supplement that the body can absorb. And take a good Omega-3 that helps in sooo many ways

Hiya Hun, I suffer with joint pains, stiffness and tenderness. Dunno weither it's related or not never found out tbh, the pain I get in my spine lower back in the middle is a killer and as for headache boy mine used to kill! I used red raspberry leaf for a few cycles about 6 months ago and since haven't had bad headaches only really slight weak headaches that don't affect me like they used to before I took red raspberry leaf! I can't lie I've never read that these help with headache but I know for sure mine stopped after using these for a few cycles. good luck Hun x

I have been having knee pain for the last few years and whenever I get it looked at the docs can't find anything wrong with them to be causing me pain. I'm not 100% sure that mine is caused by the PCOS, but i'm thinking it is. I was told a lot of times to lose weight by military docs, but I had knee pain when I was under my max weight so I'm not buying into that. I hope your aches and pains lessen for ya.
