Hiya Hun I used to have enlarged ovary, it used to be double the normal size, I took red raspberry leaf tablets for roughly 3 months and when I went back for another scan they said they was both normal size. Maybe give them a try but don't stay on them for too long as they contain anti imflammatorys and that's not something you wanna be on for a prolonged period of time without having a break. As for the constant bleeding try taking vitamin B complex with vitamin E and folic acid this is meant to balance hormones which should help regulate periods if it balances hormones. Good luck xx
