I was just wondering if anykne has experience with this. I started raking them to weeks and my period came and it was super light. I was just wondering if thats normal or is it suppose to be alot heavier

I've been taking myo-insitols and d-chiro-insitols for about 6 months and I went from having a 13 day period with really bad cramps and a really heavy flow maybe twice a year to having only missed one in the last 6 months and they are only 4 or 5 days long now with a much lighter flow
