Are there any vitamins that can help with pcos, I get mild acne now, used to be very bad before, im taking metformin. irregular periods and infertility. What is the best vitamins to take? X

Ive used maca before but only for 3 cycles just beware it contains Vitamins and minerals that help with anti inflammatory which can affect conception! So if your trying to conceive I'd research it before taking. xx
