Thank yoy i did start off slow and i took it before i went to bed i stopped taking it three weeks ago and i just came on today cd 131 i couldnt wait any longer it frustrates me longest ive went it 8 month 😖

I used to take 2000 mg, but i felt dizzy and anxious. My PCP told me to take 500mg at night. so i did that for few days and increased to 1000mg now. try to start at 500 and slowly build up your tolerance.
